The brake lights on my hyundai elantra are lit when the lights are on but do not get brighter when the brake is pressed. The center lights is good and works fine. Do i just need new bulbs or is it a fuse or wiring problem?

my wife just bought a 200 elantra 4 dr and the body is in bad shape so we decided to look for body kits and we can only find one the evo 2. personally we don't like the front bumper. i was wondering if anyone knows of a different site to get different kits or if any other kind of car kits would fit.i know how to put them on im not that much of a moron. stock body parts cost more and look ugly. im looking for a clean and aggressive look.
Hyundai Elantra 2002 won't start?
We changed the clutch reinstalled the transaxle, push the clutch and nothing. I was asked about the neutral safety switch but where is it? Any other suggestions?Hey thanks for the location, so we checked the fuse 8, and when he turns the key with the clutch pushed in nothing happens it doesn't crank, he checked the ground wire on the bell housing so any other ideas?

It is a used car, year 2006, with 22,600 miles and is $7,995.Does that sounds like a good deal. I had a rental car a couple years ago. In 2007 I rented a Hyundai Sonata full size car and took it 1 3 across the country and back. Good little car. Hyundai Elantra is an intermediate sized car. I don't know... is that Japanese or Korean?I think it sounds like a decent deal. Good mileage too. The pictures look good. I might go test drive it this week.Thoughts? Car experts out there?
Keep My Honda Civic or take the Hyundai Elantra GT?
So right now i have a99 Honda civic LX white with about 102k miles, thats my car i love it.but now my younger brother needs a car and my mom found a 2002 Hyundai elantra GT silver with 108k miles. the guy wants 2200. my mom wanted to give my brother my honda civic and i would keep the Hyundai Elantra GT.Now my question is is it worth it? should i switch to a hyundai elantra? like is it good on gas? any problems with hyundai's? or anything i should know about them. I know honda's are a good brand their very reliable thats why i bought mineI purchased my honda civic for 4300 which now i think its kinda pricey for it, but oh well considering i had to get new tires etcc.. so what should i do? should i take the hyundai, im doing this as well to help my brother out but in the long run i dont want to end up with a crappy car. if thats the case i rather go look around more to see if we can find a suitable car for him.Thanks

I'm a college student, and I can afford both of these cars, but I'm torn on which one to get. The Hyundai has a better warranty, and is a little bit cheaper. But the Mazda is a lot nicer looking and sportier, for a 19 year old male like myself. Any suggestions?
Bad gas mileage on 2008 Hyundai Elantra?
I bought a 2008 Hyundai Elentra brand new in Jan of 2008. Recently the gas mileage has been terrible I admit I wasnt paying the closest attention to it before, but it has apparently decreased enough to catch my eye. I filled the tank to full, marked the odometer to 0, and drove it to empty. I'm getting apx 27 miles per gallon. In this car, it really should be higher. The majority of my driving is highway 20min of 25min work commute on highway, etc . The air pressure in my tires is good recently checked . What are the likely causes of low gas mileage like this? Anything I need to check, have tuned up, etc? Thanks.,.
